Scotts Biography
Scott started his career in the veterinary industry as a practicing veterinarian, a hospital director, and an executive operating a multi-hospital veterinary company. Through this work, he gained tremendous insight into the financial issues surrounding the veterinary industry, practice management, and working with small business owners. He then completed an MBA in finance and spent several years as a business consultant for a large national consulting firm; KPMG, and has recently received the Certfication in Financial Planning and spent the last 15 years performing personal financial planning for families, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.
Scott is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner. He is dedicated to providing clients with financial planning resources, wealth management techniques, and estate planning strategies designed to help solve his clients' financial concerns and objectives. Scott has built his reputation by providing outstanding service to his clients and also works closely with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to bring unique financial strategies to his clients.
Scott received his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University, and completed an MBA and CFP® at Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management.
He is very active in his community. He has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, served as a board member at the Jewish Home of the Aged in Los Angeles, and serves in leadership roles in Professional Networking Groups and Professional Associations. Scott is married, has boy girl twins, and resides in the Los Angeles area.
